LASER TUBE-CUTTING MACHINES

The processing of the tube with laser machines is characterized by precision and convenience that makes it the best choice to guarantee an accurate and scrupulous result.
In fact, laser technology allows all compatible materials to be processed without having to re-equip the machine, a benefit that is reflected in the lower processing costs. The tube laser cutting also allows cutting both tubes of various sections and geometric shapes, as well as open profiles.

We are always keeping up with the latest innovations to guarantee the best quality/price ratio to its customers, without forgetting the efficiency and professionalism that has characterised us over the years. For these reasons, Tecno Metal Carpen has two machines for laser tube cutting: the LT22D machine, with CO2 technology, and the LT8.20 machine with FIBER technology.

Furthermore, the computerized CAD-CAM control allows us to design and/or import 3D drawings for all your needs.

OUR MACHINERY FOR TUBE LASER CUTTING

LT722D

Our LT722D laser machine allows us to work:

mild steel, max thickness 8 mm,
stainless steel, max thickness 4 mm,
aluminum, max thickness 4 mm.

The section of the workable tube is:

round tube: min 12 mm - max 140 mm,
square tube: min 12 × 12 mm - max 120 × 120 mm,
"L", "U" and special profiles on customer request (feasibility to be assessed on-site).

The material loading length is 6500 mm max, while the unloading length is 4500 mm max.

LT8.20

Our LT8.20 laser machine allows you to work:

mild steel, with a maximum thickness of 12 mm 2D, 10 mm 3D 30 °, 8 mm 3D 45 °.
stainless steel, with a maximum thickness of 8 mm 2D, 5 mm 3D 30 °, 4 mm 3D 45 °.
6060 aluminum alloy, with a maximum thickness of 8 mm 2D, 5 mm 3D 30 °, 4 mm 3D 45 °.
brass, with a maximum thickness of 8 mm 2D, 5 mm 3D 30 °, 4 mm 3D 45 °.
copper, with a maximum thickness of 5 mm 2D, 5 mm 3D 30 °, 3 mm 3D 45°.

The section of the workable tube is:

round tube: min 12 mm - max 240 mm,
square tube: min 20 × 20 mm - max 200 × 200 mm,
rectangular tube: max diagonal 280 mm
“L”, “U”, “H”, “T” shaped and special profiles upon customer request (feasibility to be assessed on-site).

The material loading length is 6500 mm max, while the unloading length is 6500 mm max.
